Carol Croft
President
Carol Croft has been in the 1031 Exchange Industry for over 22 years, getting her start in 1995 with Larry Jensen, CPA. Over the years Carol Croft’s knowledge and expertise in the area of tax deferred exchanges has made her one of the industry’s top recognized experts in her field among attorney’s, CPA’s and her peers across the nation. Over the years Carol has assisted clients with delayed exchanges, reverse/improvement exchanges and personal property exchanges.
In 2003, Carol became one of the first in the State of Colorado and the nation to become a Certified Exchange Specialist. To date there are less than 10 CES® designees in Colorado and only 108 in total across the U.S. The CES® program confers the designation of Certified Exchange Specialist® (CES®) upon those qualified individuals who meet specific work-experience criteria and pass an examination on 1031 exchange laws and procedures. The CES® designation demonstrates to a taxpayer considering a 1031 exchange that the professional they have chosen possesses a certain level of expertise and knowledge needed to assist them with a successful exchange.
Carol is a long-time resident of Colorado, graduating from Longmont High School and Colorado State University cum laude. She is a huge sports fan, enjoys community theater, and is a self-proclaimed “foodie”. Her passion and expertise in the 1031 exchange industry is unrivaled.
